We have an opportunity for an experienced Consulting Project Manager in Austin to work on our customers’ projects.
TESTCo is the recognized leader for both locally managed nearshore and offshore software testing as well as “On-Demand” testing. We are an Austin company but provide services to customers all over the US. We’ve done very well since our founding in late 2002, being recognized as one of Austin’s Fast 50 for 2 years running. It’s a very exciting time to be working in a field where there is extraordinary demand and most of the competitors are more concerned with snapping up business than delivering excellent service.
You’ll be given opportunities to run accounts in both our locally managed testing practice as well as our rapidly growing on-demand practice. You will be expected to grow those accounts as well as work with our marketing department to find and close new opportunities. We’re looking for a seasoned Consulting Project Manager that can delight our current customers and entice them to provide us with referrals to their colleagues.
The work is challenging and very rewarding. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and value of our high quality off-shore software QA and development to our customers. You will run multiple customer accounts delivering services from both nearshore and offshore testing teams. Our customers depend on our leadership and productivity to meet their business and technical goals.

We have been in business in Austin since November, 2002 and we are adding approximately 3 new customers every quarter.
This position is full time with very little travel. The target compensation is $80K/year but the upside is virtually unlimited. Our performance-based compensation program heavily rewards your ability to increase efficiency and add value to our customers.
