Our coaching structure with each other provides ample opportunities to learn from and coach your peers. You will also be actively coached. Being coachable means that you will listen to the coaching and consider it carefully in how it might benefit you. You will be expected to try it on to see if it works for you.
The TESTCo Hiring Process
Our hiring process has three phases.
Behavioral Assessment – we’ve learned from over 12 years of experience that great software test engineers and quality assurance managers have similar behavioral characteristics. Our behavioral assessment gives us an early indication of how well you might fit and enjoy working on our team.
Cultural Assessment – our culture defines how we work with each other. This very clear set of guidelines provides a platform for working with each other that allows for our hard work to be converted into customer value as quickly as possible. Please be sure that our culture speaks to you and that you clearly understand what it means in your life before asking us to consider you.
