Thanks to TESTCo Team guidance, we have developed a solid process that has significantly reduced defects. Previously, undocumented tasks led to errors and client complaints. Now, with thorough documentation, replication, and testing, errors have decreased, and our clients are much happier.

We’ve addressed issues to ensure everything is built and configured correctly, leaving us only to manage clients’ last-minute requests.

Day 1 has become much less hectic for us.

Our team has fully adopted the new process, and I am thrilled with the results we’ve achieved together.
